Integrity Policy

We recognize that a fair and clean corporate culture is the foundation of corporate competitiveness, and all executives and employees pledge to comply with the company’s “Corporate Ethics Principles” and “Employee Code of Conduct” when carrying out business and duties internally and externally.

A. Corporate Ethics Principles

Principle 1. We comply with law and order.

We strive to be an exemplary and competitive company by complying with the laws and regulations of all countries in which we do business, domestically and internationally, respecting the commercial practices and customs of each country, and conducting fair and transparent business activities in accordance with the principles of a free competitive market.

Principle 2. We respect our supervisors, colleagues, and juniors.

As equal individuals, we respect each other as supervisors, colleagues, and juniors, and do our best to create fair and healthy co-worker relationships based on smooth communication and trust.

Principle 3. We respect our customers, shareholders, and partners.

We build mutual trust by clearly understanding and complying with the ethical standards of our customers and shareholders and pursue mutual development through fair and transparent transactions with our partners.

Principle 4. We maintain a clean corporate culture.

We enhance management transparency in all business activities, actively protect the company’s assets, and maintain a clean corporate culture by strictly distinguishing between public and private matters.

B. Employee Code of Conduct

Ethical Principles 1. We observe law and order.

1.1 We comply with all laws and regulations in all domestic and foreign regions where we operate.

1.2 We observe sound commercial order through fair competition between industries.

1.3 We conduct ourselves in a socially and ethically responsible manner that preserves the dignity of individuals and the company.

Ethical Principle 2. We respect our supervisors, colleagues, and juniors.

2.1 We treat each other fairly without unfair instructions, interference, or discrimination.

2.2 We do not engage in violence/abuse or sexual harassment among employees.

2.3 We do not engage in gambling, monetary transactions, gift giving, or private organization activities among employees.

Ethical Principle 3. We respect our customers, shareholders, and partners.

3.1 We comply with the ethical standards of our customers and shareholders and do not provide unfair solicitations, gifts, or entertainment.

3.2 We do not accept any payment, gift, entertainment, or favor from our suppliers.

3.3 We respect our suppliers’ employees and do not make unreasonable demands on them or cause disruption.

Ethical Principle 4. We maintain a clean corporate culture.

4.1 We transparently manage the company’s financial condition and business performance in accordance with recognized accounting standards.

4.2 We actively protect the company’s assets or information and do not use or acquire them privately.

4.3 We familiarize ourselves with and actively implement the company’s ethics policy to maintain a clean corporate culture.
