| MOSAIC's
patented Controlled Chaos Technology (CCT)
dramatically improves beam delivery and management
over current fractional laser systems. The
advantage of CCT is that it randomly delivers
each beam to the skin surface rather
like a ‘spray paint’ system. This
eliminates the need for multiple linear passes
and the clinical disadvantages of unavoidable

| Static Mode
|
| This
stamp-like approach is suitable for smaller
lesions and scars. In Static Mode MOSAIC has
the ability to instantly deliver 50 to 500
spots/cm² making treatment virtually
pain-free and with a choice of 4 different
tip sizes treatment can be tailored to treat
lesions or scars of different sizes without
damage to the surrounding tissue. |
| Automatic Density
Counter |
| One
of the key features of the MOSAIC system is
its ability to count the total number of necrotic
columns delivered to the skin. In conjunction
with our patented tip sensor system that only
delivers treatment when in contact with the
skin, the Automatic Total Density Counter
allows for precise control over both the density
and depth of the Necrotic Columns delivered
giving you more control over treatment and
clinical outcomes. Unlike some systems, MOSAIC
also allows you to stop treatment anytime
to check the skin’s reaction and with
the ability to display the total density delivered
to each region, physicians are now able to
control the precise dosage of each treatment
and therefore more accurately predict clinical
outcomes. |
| Fractional Technology
|
| MOSAIC’s
randomized beam spray pattern targets a “fraction”
of the treated area. Although only a small
proportion of skin cells are directly affected,
because of the body’s natural desire
to regenerate, the majority of treated area
is improved. Basically each necrotic column
stimulates a natural healing process in the
area around it, initiating long-term collagen
remodelling and regeneration of the elastin
in the dermis. Thus rapid re-epithelialization
occurs within 24 hours, not only in the tissue
directly affected by the MNC’s but also
in 80 to 90% of the surrounding tissue. After
3 to 7 days, excess necrotic pigment and coagulated
epidermal debris becomes renewed with new
epidermal skin cells, in short, MOSAIC harnesses
the body’s natural reactions to rebuild
the beauty of natural skin. The MOSAIC system
is clinically proven for routine rejuvenation
of photo-aged skin and scar reduction as well
as the removal of a wide range of pigmented
lesions and wrinkles. Additionally MOSAIC
also delivers dramatic results in areas such
as reduced pore size, improved skin tone and
reduced laxity. Patients notice immediate
