Advantages of eCO2
Fractional technology offers advantages in greatly reducing the period of skin recovery and restoration by minimizing the laser heat loss which is achieved by leaving a sufficient amount of skin tissue between each laser beam and partitioning the laser beam into units.
In other words, eCO2, which applies a CO2 wavelength to the fine skin peeling fractional laser beam, maintains the dramatic effect of skin peeling offered by a CO2 laser and at the same time, it can form fine columns without increasing the side effects to the skin by combining it with fractional technology. As a result, it induces re-synthesis of collagen in the corium. You may expect improvements in pimple scars, enlarged skin pores, and aged skin.
Advantages offered by the eCO2 fractional CO2 laser systems are as follows.
Dual surgery mode: Dynamic, Static dual surgery mode
Dual beam pattern. You may select one of the random or normal beam patterns
* A serially configured pattern may lead to excessive pain arising from insufficient cooling. The random emission pattern enables you to maintain maximum separation of the laser beams and it can successfully minimize the heat accumulation on the surgical area.
Various types and sizes of skin: You can simultaneously adjust various types of scanning and sizes by manipulating the button on the hand piece.
Ultra-fine tuning of the beam size: Ultra-fine tuning of the beam minimizes unnecessary heat loss near the surgical area.
Various adjustment of the pulse energy: eCO2 allows you to adjust the strength of the pulse energy with 4-120mJ by manipulating one button. It can maximize the therapeutic effect by allowing the laser beam to penetrate the corium to a desirable depth.
Static mode: The emission density can be freely adjusted to fit 50 to 1000 spots per unit area and it can also cover 120, 180, and 300 n spot size. The pulse energy is evenly distributed over each beam spot. A single run of the machine may achieve the desired goal of the surgery.
Maximum emission speed of 500Hz, the dynamic mode: This function minimizes the surgery time.
Real time, automatic display of the amount of emission
Automatically repetitive emission: Can be very useful for surgery performed on thick and severe scars
